Participants will learn to initialize and configure a sample company based on a
set of requirements using a case study. This course focuses on the tasks that
the implementation and support consultant performs within the framework of an
implementation methodology. The course covers best practices and documents used
in a phased implementation methodology; however, the course does not teach
project management skills.
